Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. Account creation and park setup (seasons, units, prices, rules and the sandbox) are free. You only add payment details when you switch a park to “Open for bookings”.

What does Lodevio cost?

A base subscription of €29 per month includes your first park, plus a per-unit price that starts at €1.50 and drops with volume. Each extra park is €29 per month. There is 0% commission on bookings.

How long does setup take?

Most owners configure seasons, unit types, prices and rules in about 15 minutes. The bulk unit generator creates all your pitches or accommodations in a second.

Which payment methods can guests use?

Payments run through Stripe Connect and go directly to your bank account. Available methods include Bancontact, Creditcard, SEPA, and Klarna.

Where is my data stored?

All databases and file storage are created in the EU jurisdiction. Guest data is protected by role and park-scoped access.

Can I manage several parks?

Yes. Several parks live under one organisation account with one consolidated invoice, a park switcher and combined volume discounts.
